Klarmedia - O companie mica și neserioasa

Am fost recent la un interviu la celebra companie Klarmedia. Trecând peste faptul ca au sediul f departe și localizat la 15min distanta de metrou, sunt și într-o clădire veche unde toate celelalte firme au plăcuțe cu numele lor exceptând bineînțeles Klarmedia. Așadar mi a luat 10minute sa le găsesc sediul propriu-zis. Acolo intrând, apuc sa discut cu o tipa care părea sa aibă în jur de 30 ani și sa aibă multă energie. Îmi explica datoriile postului și ma întreabă despre mine. Aparent nu îmi citise deloc cv ul pt ca ma întreabă in detaliu despre fiecare post pe care l am avut. Încheiem interviul și spun ca o sa mi dea feedback fie el pozitiv sau negativ pana luni. Ei bine, acum este luni seara și nu am primit niciun feedback de la ei. Concluzia mea este ca sunt o firma mica și neserioasa. Sa ne auzim cu bine!

Compania Adecco nu se ridica la nivelul asteptarilor

Cand am aplicat la Adecco pentru un post ma asteptam sa fie o firma serioasa, mai ales ca mi-au raspuns si prompt si m-au invitat in etapa urmatoare. Dar nu a fost asa. Ceea ce ei descriu drept etapa urmatoare este de fapt doar o serie de e-mailuri cu teste gen Cangurul, Cambridge, Info about yourself, care le faci dar in van, nu mai primesti niciodata o evaluare sau un raspuns pentru munca ta. Imi aduce aminte de o alta companie de Call Center care avea sediul undeva pe la Republica, imi scapa numele acum. Dar principiul e acelasi, le faci testele cu succes si nu mai primesti niciun raspuns sau evaluare. Probabil nu au bani sau s-a imbolnavit recruiter-ul poate? hahaha. Mult prea multe companii fantoma in acest Bucuresti, de asta se duce orasul de rapa. Adecco doar ingroasa randurile.

Telus Call Center Bucuresti, oare merita sa va obositi?

Telus e una dintre companiile din Bucuresti care are un sediu cu adevarat frumos, situat in Afi Business Park. Intr-adevar, nu e mai deloc central iar daca stai in sectorul 1, 2 sau 3 va fi un chin pentru tine sa ajungi acolo. Dar sediul este frumos atat la interior cat si la exterior. Telus este o companie de outsourcing din ce am inteles, cu alte cuvinte romanii le fac treaba de customer support canadienilor dar pe un salariu mult mai mic. Pentru ca de ce ar plati companiile canadiene un salariu de 1700 euro / om la ai lor, ia mai bine sa angajeze niste romanasi mai saraci de la Bucuresti, sa le ia ochiul cu un sediu frumos si sa le plateasca 400 euro / om. Nu am prea multe de comentat la salariu, e totusi bun pentru un oras mai sarac precum Bucuresti, ce am de comentat este la adresa caracterului oamenilor care recruteaza. Am fost la interviu, am sustinut un test de o ora, am discutat cu tipa de la receptie, de la HR, mi s a spus ca in cateva zile maxim voi primi feedback pe email sau telefonic. Ceea ce nu s a intamplat. Doar dupa ce le am scris un review mai negativ pe FB dupa 7-8 zile s-au "auto-sesizat" si mi-au trimis un email in care precizeaza ca desi am calitatile si cunostintele necesare pentru jobul lor, s-au hotarat sa urmareasca alti candidati. Oricum, ideea este ca eu dupa ce scriu un review negativ despre o companie chiar nu vreau sa mai am de a face cu ei, asa ca puteau sa imi ofere si 1000 euro pe luna si un scaun de aur ca nu as mai fi acceptat sa lucrez pentru ei. Bine, daca mi-ar fi oferit un scaun de aur as fi facut o exceptie, dar sa fim seriosi.. cine face asta in Romania? Nici ei nu isi permit sa cumpere pentru uz personal un scaun de aur. Ce nu inteleg eu este de ce oamenii astia promit ceva cand nu sunt capabili sa se tina de cuvant. Daca ar fi sa va dau un sfat, sfatul meu este sa evitati a merge la Telus pentru interviu, mai ales daca stati in alt sector pentru ca este o risipa de timp. M-am uitat si eu in jurul meu in sala de interviu si am vazut ca se tineau interviuri cu tot felul de persoane dubioase, in general batrane (>40ani) si care nu pareau sa stapaneasca vreo limba straina. Acuma intrebarea mea este, ce fel de treaba pot sa faca aceste persoane pentru customer support la Canadieni? Pot ei sa munceasca in ture de noapte? Vai-si-amar. O seara frumoasa sa aveti, si feriti-va de companii precum Telus.

Mandarine International Writing Bucuresti, o firma semi-serioasa, dar care nu merita

Am aplicat recent pentru un post in cadrul companiei Mandarine International SA Bucuresti, pentru ca mi s a parut interesant anuntul lor de pe eJobs si am zis ca doar sunt specialist in copywriting cu peste 4 ani de experienta, deci... de ce nu? Nu mi am actualizat cv-ul inainte sa ajunga la ei, dar cu toate astea am fost selectat pentru postul de online content writer pe care il au ei in faimosul Excelsior Tower din zona Universitate. In realitate vorbim despre o firma situata la etajul 8 intr-o cladire construita jumatate din sticla jumatate din beton (da, doar la noi puteti vedea asta, si atentie pentru cei cu rau de inaltime). Cand am ajuns la ei m-a surprins placut faptul ca mirosea a mandarine :). Dar trecand peste asta, am vorbit cu fata de la receptie si mi s-a spus sa astept pana ma invita inauntru. Nu a trebuit sa astept mai mult de 2-3 minute ca un tip cam de varsta mea m-a poftit inauntru intr-o sala de conferinta sa discutam. Deja interviul devenise un pic amuzant, eram doar noi doi la o masa ovala cu 12 scaune goale, deja ma simteam cumva la Casa Alba cu exceptia faptului ca aici eram intr-o camera cu pereti de sticla de unde puteai vedea Bucurestiul de la etajul 8. Din nou spun, atentie pentru cei cu rau de inaltime. Am discutat 2-3 minute cu tipul de varsta mea despre asteptarile mele, timp in care singurul lucru pe care l am inteles de la el este ca firma nu deconteaza transportul, restul ramane de discutat. Hopa, ceva surprinzator, o firma care se cheama Mandarine International si are sediul in mijlocul Bucurestiului nu isi permite sa deconteze transportul angajatilor. Ba mai mult, aflu ulterior de la o duduie care l-a urmat pe tipul de varsta mea (tot HR) ca firma te indeamna sa pleci de la birou la ora 22:30, niciodata la ora 23 sau mai tarziu ca nu cumva sa pierzi transportul in comun (asta pentru ca ei nu isi permit sa deconteze nici macar RATB/metrou, ce sa mai vorbim de taxi). Trecand si peste asta, aflu ca firma lor este intr-un fel afiliata la GoldWin, o platforma despre care am mai scris si eu pe blogurile mele acum ceva ani. Discut cu ei. Tipa de la HR paraseste camera, vine un tip cu alura de manager care vrea sa imi testeze cunostintele. Nu mi s a mai intamplat pana acum sa discut cu 3 oameni de la HR in 10 minute, dar trecem si peste asta. Tipul imi ofera un ultrabook si imi cere sa ii scriu un articol despre un joc de slots care am uitat cum se cheama. Imi spune ca se intoarce peste 20 minute. Eu ma joc putin, scriu, ma documentez, tipul se intoarce peste 10 minute nu 20 si imi ia laptop-ul zice ca e suficient pentru ce vroia sa vada. Daca ar fi sa il descriu intr-un cuvant pe tipul asta cu alura de manager nu as putea. Pentru ca este de fapt un pitiponc ingamfat fara bune maniere. Pai cum ma, eu vin la tine la firma sa fac testul si tu ma opresti la jumatate? Sper sa vina si el la mine la birou o data si sa ii ofer o cafea sa putem discuta. Iar atunci cand ajunge la jumatatea cafelei sa il opresc, sa ii iau ceasca si sa zic "este suficient pentru ce am vrut sa discut, multumesc". Pleaca tipul nesuferit, se intoarce duduia de la HR mai discutam ceva despre mediul de lucru bla bla bla, pe urma ne luam ramas bun si imi spun ei ca trebuie sa analizeze testul (care bineinteles il completasem pe jumatate doar) si sa se gandeasca si in maxim 7 zile o sa imi dea feedback indiferent de natura lui. Ei bine, pana in prezent au trecut 15 zile si nu am primit niciun semn de la ei, asa ca le scriu si eu acest review in semn de "multumire" pentru intalnirea cu ei. Acestea fiind spuse, va doresc o seara sau o dimineata placuta, dupa caz. Si in niciun caz nu va lasati influentati de firma cu mandarine, mai bine deschideti ochii si lucrati independent pentru un site precum UpWork sau creati-va voi propriile bloguri de pe care sa castigati bani din advertising sau affiliate marketing.
